I am inclinedto say "come on" to myself. Nowadays, life of a quicker rhythm imposes intolerable pressure on us. With the competitive competition, we haveto spare no efforts to work hard in attempt to put us in a favorable positionin the future job market. Unfortunately, substantial pressure and a seriesof problems pull most of us in morass, not stepping forward. At that time, I indeed need to say "come on" to myself for encouragement, which definitely provides me with continuous motivation to work hard and prove myself, eventually stepping on the way to success.
When I sufferfrom some headaches, I am inclined to say “come on” to myself; as I fail tocomplete some tasks, I am inclined to say “come on”. By this way, I can embrace a promising, bright and multi-colored tomorrow.

I want to be a volunteer for Shanghai 2010 Expo.This is because being a volunteer is such a happy thing.Giving is more important than receiving.I can show my own value to others by doing this.So I need to learn something of Shanghai City and the history of the EXPO right away.Then I must practice my English well until I can speak to Foreigners comfortably.
Something seem to be very done,but once you try your best to do,you find it easy!For my part,while you meet with hard thing,you want to do with succefully.you must hold three points.In the first place,not only you are nor afraid of hardship,but also you face with it in courage!At the same time you should believe you can win hardship..In the second place,peple ofen say:success usually attributes to the person who are ready,so that before you want to try something ,you must finish ready work.To summury,only you do the three points,you can successfully do the thing you really want to try!
