1.不断通过写作练习培养英语语法的应用能力,重视掌握有关词汇的用法,以便能运切实用有关语法和词汇去写作。这是英语写作的基础。
2.通过大量阅读逐渐培养英语思维,并掌握一些写好句子的技巧,以便在把句子写正确的同时,不断培养用地道的英语把句子写好的能力。
3.了解一些英语段落、篇章的组织和写作知识。所写段落与篇章均要力求连贯(coherence)和衔接(cohesion)。篇章的用词和句式在文体上一般要保持一致(unity)

To whom may concern:
We have received your letter and samples dated 15th April.
By the way, we are satisfied with the test result of samples. But we are sorry to inform you that your price is higher than our idea and meanwhile much higher than the market level. We are informed that it's easy to get the same sample with yours but from different suppliers at a much lower price. We don't deny the good quality of your products, however, the price difference shouldn't be so big. If you agree to decrease your price, say 5%, then we might make a deal. We hope you consider our best bid. Looking forward a quick reply and a start of cooperation between us.

I'd like to tell you we are appreciated with you samples we tested.But I'd sorry to say that your quotation is high even than in the market.We learned from the information that the product you quote can supply by other supplier at a prices much lower.We can't deny that your prouduct is fine in quality.But we can't receive the great gap between this May we suggest that you consider a discount ,say 8%.We may have the possibility to make a deal.
Wish you to consider our favorably counteroffer .And We will be appreciated the start of business relation and you prompt reply.
