就无法消耗更多的热量，体内的废物与毒素也不能彻底排出，易胖体质会更加严重。
3、合理膳食，搭配营养。
很多减肥的朋友都会在减肥的时候选择吃素或者不吃一些脂肪类食物，其实这样的方法并不能有效地减肥。因为素食里如蔬菜、五谷等确实比同等重量的肉食类食物，但素食中亦不乏高热量的食物，比如炸春卷、素什锦等以多油多糖为主的素菜。另外，人体需要营
养平衡，常吃素菜而不吃荤菜，会导致营养不良、维生素的缺乏。脂肪类食品耐消化，食入后可减少对淀粉类食物以及零食的摄取，对减肥会起到积极作用。所以说，摄取适量的脂肪不仅不会影响体形，而且对健美有益处。在饮食上，可以选择牛肉、兔肉、禽肉等低脂
肉类，炒菜时尽量少用油，晚上可以选择吃些凉拌菜来降低油脂的摄入。
4、饭前一杯温开水或者一碗汤羹。
饭前一杯温开水或者一碗汤羹，能适当地填饱肚子，增加饱腹感，能让用餐的量有所减少，同时温性流食能暖胃，加快新陈代谢，促进进食后的消化，改善排毒便秘。但是值得注意的是，尽量避免比较冷的开水或者汤羹，因为比较冷的流性食品会令体温急剧下降，
甚至减缓新陈代谢，尤其是体质比较寒的朋友，冷的流食会对体质造成影响。
5、晚上8点过后尽量减少进食。
绝对不在9点后吃东西，晚饭也尽量在8点前结束，蛋白质会在晚上8点之后急剧增加，如果不及时消化，会促进体脂肪的积聚，所以晚餐在此之前进食完毕为佳。另外，也要忍住馋嘴，不要吃夜宵，否则会令体质越发易胖，新陈代谢减缓。
6、通过快走运动来消耗热量。
散步能减肥，但是效果比较差，而快走这个运动能比较有效地消耗热量，快步走，姿势要矫正好，先是脚跟着地，然后脚掌充分落地，上身挺直，腰腹收紧，达到稍微出点汗的效果最佳。如果想运动效果有所提高的话，两臂就大幅度地摆动起来吧，每次走路坚持15
分钟以上。这个运动坚持一个月以上能有效地减肥，但是也要注意坚持，不要运动几天后就突然放弃，这样会导致腿部肌肉短时间反弹，会更胖的。如果不想继续运动，也建议慢慢地减少运动量。
