这个.... 从一般的语法规则来说, 后一句是成立的, 意思比较明确, 也符合口语的习惯

但是英语里还有一条不成文的规则, 如果你读一些中小学的写作书, 上面会说: Never end a sentence with a preposition. 即不以介词作为句子的结尾。这种规则也不算是语法定律吧，英语里还有类似的比如and和but不能用在句子的开头。这些都是口语里常出现，但是正是文本里不允许的。
所以过去正统的写法，一些能明确意思的句子，比如这句It's a good place to live.后面都不会加介词。如果没有介词不能很好地表达意思，则需要改变句子的句式。
但是现在的语法规则也是渐渐地在改变，这种介词结尾的句子也开始出现在报章杂志等等，可以说，表达愿意是第一要件，两种用法在语法上都是成立的。我个人感觉，在这条规则上，美国人更加拘泥于传统一些，通常会避免介词结尾。
