Abstract:The seasonal change and horizontal distribution features of petroleum hydrocarbon content of XXXX sea area are surveyed and analysed in this paper.Nine sites have been set up according to the terrain and industrial distribution features in XXXX sea area,respectively.And tracking survey of oil content is carried out respectively in spring, summer, autumn and winter. National standardized water quality detection method is applied to determine the oil content, followed up by comparative analysis of the results.
What the results show can be described as follows:
First:There is an obvious seasonal change in oil content of the entire XXXX sea area, which can be concluded as summer (0.1972 mg / L) > spring (0.1085mg/L)> winter (0.0745mg / L) >autumn (0.0611mg / L);
Second:The horizontal distribution of petroleum hydrocarbon content in the entire XXXX sea area trends to decline from within, and the oil content of the western pier industy is higher than that of the eastern marine culture district;
Third:On the whole, the petroleum hydrocarbon content varies in different areas, ranking different sea water quality standards. Among the nine sites, seasonal average oil content of Site 5 keeps a relatively high level, ranking Ⅲ in autumn and winter and IV in spring and summer, according to the national sea water quality standard;
seasonal average oil content of Site 9 is relatively low,ranking Ⅱaccording to the national sea water quality standards; seasonal average oil content of the other sites are all between 0.05mg/l and 0.30mg/l, within the scope of the national sea water quality standard III.
