The Advantages and Disadvantages of Eating Fast Food

Fast foods, such as hamburger and pizza only need a short time to order. Moreover, nowadays, the restaurants which sell them can be found easily. Therefore, no matter when you are hungry, or wherever you are, there is probably at least one fast food restaurant just a short drive away.

Another advantage of eating fast foods is that they have a good taste. For instance, french fries, spaghetti and fried chicken have special flavor which make the consumers be addicted. Because in fact, such fast foods are added with additives, such as Monosodium glutamate (MSG) and sodium which can improve the taste of food. However, eating fast foods also has disadvantage is that it is one of factors causing obesity. Generally, fast foods have many of calories and these accumulate in the body as fat deposits that can cause obesity. In addition, with obesity come other problems like high blood pressure and diseases of the joints. Some researchers have shown that there is a direct link between fast food and obesity on children.

All in all, human being should think twice if they want to eat fast foods in order to keep away from the negative impacts.

The Advantages and Disadvantages of Eating Fast Food

There are many reasons that many people love to eat fast food. It is fast and easy to eat food which makes us satisfy.There are too many researches about disadvantage of fast food. I think that fast food has more hamful properties than benefit ones

The Advantages are only two:
1. It saves your time.
2. It catches with your taste buds.

The disadvantage lists is quite longer than the advantage lists and are as follows:
1. Heart disease – High saturated and trans fat along with high sodium content damages the arteries and high cholesterol clogs the arteries.
2. Obesity – High calories slowly settle down in your body and make you fat.
3. Peptic Ulcer – Excessive spicy foods induces peptic ulcer.
4. Lack of essential nutrients –Being low on nutrients, these junk foods are causing severe lack of essential vitamins, minerals, and other essential components in our body.
5. Irregular food habits – These instant and readily available foods have given us a very negative attitude and bad food habits of eating while working or eating while driving or delaying eating time.
6. Addiction – These are highly addictive. Once your child get addictive, it will become very difficult for you to make them understand all the pros and con.

Fast food is becoimg more and more popular in China,especially among children and teenagers.Today,its cretainly difficult to think of any other single thing that representthe fast pace of modern society as powerfully as fast food.
There are several reasons for its popularity.Firstly,it is very convenient and saves a lot of time. The trends of modern society seem to all point to one ultimate goal-saving time,and fast food well serves this purpose.
You just go into a fast food restaurant,order you food,and your food is ready in no time.You can either eat it there or take it away.Secondly,its popularity is also attributed to the clean and comfortable environment of fast food restaurants,the excellent service,and the guaranteed quality of food.
As far as I am concerned,on the one hand,in terms of nutrition,fast food is far from satisfactory.It usually destroy a balanced diet and is low in nutrional value.
On the other hand, although cooking at home is time-consuming and the following washing-up tiresome,it offer healthy and delicious meals your body like and needs.Fast food is only a good choice when you are in hurry and it once in a while.

快餐是越来越普遍在中国,特别是在孩子和少年之中。今天,认为其他唯一事那快速的步幅现代社会一样强大象快餐是难的。

With the deveolopment of Chinese economic, people’s living standard improve.Meat is much more available to people.Meanwhile, the increasing pressure makes people has no time to exercise.As a result, a large number people are suffering obesity or more or less illness.So, more and more people are dreaming to keep fit in both physical and mental.To reach the goal, I have some suggestions following.
随着中国经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高。人们可以吃到更多的肉。同时,日益增加的压力让人们没有时间锻炼。因此大量的人患有肥胖症或多或少的生病。所以越来越多的人想保持身心健康。为了达到这个目标,我有以下一些建议。
To begin with, exercise is the most important factor.Doing exercise can not only build people’s body but also relax themseves.People always say that exercise one hour everyday, healthy lifetime.So I suggest those people who want to be health should do exercise everyday.Considering their time, people can do exercise after work or after school even one or twice a week.They can chose to paly sports, running, walking, swimming or any other exercise that can relax themselves.Secondly, it is nessary to keep a good diet.There is saying,”A apple a day keeps the doctor away.”People need to eat less meat and more vegetable to get enough vitamin and reduce the needless fat.Last but not least, always keeping a good mood can make half the work with double results.A good mood is essential to do a happy life.So please smile to your life and not get angry easily.
首先,锻炼是最重要的。锻炼不仅可以保持良好的身体健康也可以放松自己。人们常说,每天锻炼一小时,健康一生。所以我建议那些想要健康的人应该每天都去锻炼。考虑到时间问题,他们可以在下班后或放学后去锻炼甚至一周锻炼两次。他们可以选择打球,跑步,散步,游泳或任何其他可以放松自己的运动。其次,还必须保持一个良好的饮食习惯。俗话说,“一天一苹果,医生远离我。人们应该少吃肉多吃蔬菜来获得足够的维生素并减少不必要的脂肪。最后但并非最不重要的是要经常保持一个好心情,这样做起事来才可以事半功倍。好心情对于幸福生活来说是很重要的。所以请对生活保持微笑,不要容易生气。
To sum up, different people have different attitude towards their life.But everyone wants a healthy life.Just remember do more exercise, eat more vegetable and keep a good mood.Tomorrow will be better.
总之,不同的人有不同的生活态度。但是每个人都想过健康的生活。谨记,做更多的锻炼,吃更多的蔬菜并保持一个好心情。明天会更好。
