What we will matter most?
Good morning /afternoon everyone,
I am Liu Bo Wen from Class 11001 of Software service outsourcing major. Today I am willing to talk something about what we should matter. As we all know, ready or not, some day it will all come to an end. There will be no more sunrises, no days, no hours or minutes, including what we have got. If so, what we should do before it comes? Just to matter. What we should matter?
In my opinion, what we should matter is not what we learned, but what we taught. What we should matter is not what our success, but our significance. We should matter a lot. Of all, I believe that most important is what we should matter is not how many people we knew, but how many will feel a lasting loss when we are gone.
Here, I put an importance on friends. Bacon said that a man dies as often as he loses a friend. But we gain new life by contacting with new friends. As far as I am concerned, to be is to be in relations. So we should make more friends and matter the valuable friendship.
Good friends are always there when we need them. They are dependable and responsible. They share our sorrows and happiness and not interested in what they can get from us. They influence our development, maturity and sense of responsibility. And also, they warn us when we are in danger of doing wrongly. It is nice to enjoy the warmth from good friends. So we should matter good friends.
As a fresh student, I understand the importance of friends deeply. During my college time, I will study hard to ensure my scores and make good friends as many as possible as well. I am glad to be edified in good aspects to improve myself. And I also would spare no efforts to stand on them, and share happiness and sorrows with them. Because I believe no man can live like an island. We all need friends. At last, I want to say, We all need friends,
Because of them, we laugh until we can not stop;
Because of them, we believe there really is good in the world;
Because of them, we are convinced there really is an unlocked door just waiting for us to open it. That is forever friendship.
What will matter most? The friends. Thank you for your attention.

　Duanwu Festival (端午节, Duānwū Jié) is a traditional Chinese festival held on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese calendar. It is also known as the Double Fifth. It has since been celebrated, in various ways, in other parts of East Asia as well. In the West, it's commonly known as Dragon Boat Festival.
　　The exact origins of Duan Wu are unclear, but one traditional view holds that the festival memorializes the Chinese poet Qu Yuan of the Warring States Period. He committed suicide by drowning himself in a river because he was disgusted by the corruption of the Chu government. The local people, knowing him to be a good man, decided to throw food into the river to feed the fish so they would not eat Qu's body. They also sat on long, narrow paddle boats called dragon boats, and tried to scare the fish away by the thundering sound of drums aboard the boat and the fierce looking carved dragon head on the boat's prow(船头).
　　In the early years of the Chinese Republic, Duan Wu was also celebrated as "Poets' Day," due to Qu Yuan's status as China's first poet of personal renown(名声名望).
　　Today, people eat bamboo-wrapped steamed glutinous(粘的) rice dumplings called zongzi (the food originally intended to feed the fish) and race dragon boats in memory of Qu's dramatic death.

There are two bigger river in China. They are the Changjiang River and the Huanghe River .中国有两条大河，它们是长江和黄河。
The Huanghe River is a very long river ,but it isn’t longest river of China . The Huanghe River is the second river in China .The Huanghe fish is very famous .I like eat ,too . The Huanghe River is a great river.The Huanghe River is also called “Mother River”,because we all dink the Huanghe River’s water .黄河是一条很长的河流，但是却不是中国最长的河流，它是中国第二大河流。黄河鲤鱼非常有名，我也很喜欢吃。黄河是一条伟大的河流，黄河又被称作“母亲河”，因为，我们都喝黄河水。

The Changjiang River is the longest river in China . In China，It is longer than any others .It is in south of china.It is wide and deep very much . The Changjiang River is a beautiful river .There are many many boats on the Changjiang River every day .长江是中国最长的河流，它比中国其他的河流都要长。它在中国南部。 它非常深而且宽阔，是一条非常美丽的河流，每天都有很多船只在长江上航行。

The Great Wall is the first longest wall .It is in north of china.The Great Wall like a large dragon .It is very long and very old， and it’s very famous. There are lots of people visit The Great Wall every day .长城是世界上最长的城墙，它在中国北部。它不但很长，而且历史悠久，非常著名，长城像一条巨龙一样，每天都有很多人来参观它。
I love you , the Great Wall ！我爱你，长城！
