我们的学校
我们的学校是绵阳市第十三中学，位于绵阳科技城西大门——涪城区磨家镇。这里环境优美、交通便利、文化气氛浓厚，是一个理想的读书的地方。
学校坐落在磨家镇黄连嘴的小山旁，草溪河从学校门口流过，青山绿水，环境宜人。这里是绵阳科技城的西大门，交通十分便利。成绵、绵广高速从这里通过，还有科技大道和飞云大道从这里出发通往绵阳城区。学校的对面是绵阳师范学院，有全国各地来的莘莘学子到这里求学，形成了浓郁的文化气氛。
我们的学校新建于2006年，占地二十四亩。主要由教学楼、综合楼和学生宿舍楼构成，每栋各有五层。教学楼每层四间教室，是全校各个年级同学学习的场所。教室里窗明几净，安装了有线电视和小喇叭，教室前后都是现代化的黑板。每个教室大约有六十多个平方，可以坐上五六十个学生。教学楼的一二三层是小学的各个年级，四五楼是中学的各年级。在综合楼上有各类实验室、网络教室、图书室和多媒体教室。中小学的教师办公室、各个行政办公室等都在综合楼上。学生宿舍每层大约有24间，四五楼住的是小学各年级的学生，二三楼是初中各年级的学生，一楼是老师的集体寝室。每间寝室大约有二十多个平方，另有一个阳台是学生的洗漱间，每间寝室住宿十个学生。学校有大小两个操场，安装了许多健身器材。操场上有两个篮球场，两个排球场和网球场，周围是乒乓球桌。课间课余同学们在这里进行锻炼和开展各项活动。宿舍楼后面是食堂，是同学们生活保障。
我们学校设计了校徽，图案是由上下两部分组成，呈半圆形，上面是一个初升的太阳，下边是一棵禾苗呈两片幼叶。校徽有深刻的寓意，一是少年儿童在老师的哺育下就像初升的太阳一样，正茁壮成长；另一层意思就是同学们在老师的培育下成长为一只雄鹰，正展翅高飞。我们学校的校训是“”。学校还有一首优美《...》歌曲作为校歌。
