I think that middle school students have too much pressure from school.And I agree that there is no need for them to get so much homework to do.And I think it is unfair for children to stay up doing their homework late .In addition,I think children should have the enough rights to study and relax because only in this way can make them live happily without any pressure.But they should also pay some attention to spending the time on schoolwork in order to keep their grades at a good level.For example, they should do some homework first and after finishing,they can relax for couple of hours and then continue their homework.Because the more homework they have to do,the more pressure they will have,so it is beneficial for them to relax a little.And these are my suggestions.

　　The best way to learn English well， I think， is to learn and use English all the time. Don't be afraid of being laughed at. We'd better do a lot of listening， speaking， reading and writing. If you can form the habit of thinking and writing in English all day， you are sure to grasp the spirit of English and will be able to read works in English within a short period of time.
　　Only in this way that I suggest， can we learn English well. So I think this is the best way.

In my opinon,English learning is a work that you should learn it every day and every wherest.
The best w ay to learn English is to speak it as frequently as possible.If you don't like to speak it ,you can watch some English films ,such asFORREST GUMP ，it is a better film .Of course ,you should do your best to learn it .You should remember vocabulary every day ,it is much better if you can repeat the text you learn .
