Though there are different kinds of sports, swimming is my favorite. It was a very exciting experience to learn swimming with my parents when I was five years old.
Swimming is a really good sport. It makes me feel relaxed. This sport can make me stay healthy and strong, because I exercise almost every part of my body every time I go swimming.

提纲作文写作要领：
第一步：审题： 审题是否清楚是一篇书面表达成功与否的关键所在，在整个写作过程中起着决定性作用。审好题会让我们做到“磨刀不误砍柴工”，
第二步：抓中心，列要点，列出写作提纲： 写作文时，一定要切题，抓住中心，紧扣要点。不要任意发挥，画蛇添足，也不要丢三落四，要点不全。通过对众多提示或图画、图表的观察和分析，获取与写作内容有关的主要信息，并按一定的逻辑顺序排列起来，找出最密切相关的要点，列出写作提纲。 第三步：选词组句：在体裁明确、中心突出、要点清晰的前提下，应该选择自己最熟悉、最有把握的词语、句型，将要点逐条表达出来。表达时应该综合运用所掌握的知识，避开生僻的词汇，并克服母语的干扰，按照英语的习惯方式，用地道的英语表达出来，力求做到语言准确无误。 第四步：连句成篇：根据要点选词组句，然后按照篇章结构连句成篇。在这一过程中要注意选择恰当的表示并列、递进、因果或转折意义的过渡词，把所有要点、句子连接起来，使句与句意思连贯，结构衔接，力求准确生动、条理清楚。 第五步：复查纠错：通读全文，检查内容是否符合要求，要点是否齐全，格式是否正确，词数是否合乎要求。最主要的是要检查句子是否符合英语习惯，句型是否正确，语法是否正确（包括句子结构、时态、语态、主谓一致等），检查单词是否误写、少写，习语搭配是否得当等，以及字母大小写、标点符号是否正确等，这就要求考生在定稿认真检查，仔细核对，及时发现并改正问题，保证要点齐全，句子完整通顺，力争减少失误。 第六步：书写规范，卷面整洁：
书面表达不仅反映在表达内容上，也反映在书面形式上。一定要注意单词拼写正确，书写规范，字迹工整，卷面力求整洁，正确使用标点符号，使别人看起来耳目一新，具有整体美感，从而提高自己的得分档次。

As a coin has two sides,“tourism wave” also brought us a lot of troubles.Along with the development of tourism,all the famous scenic spots are full of tourists,especially during the weekends and holidays,which did great harm to the environment and the places of interest.It also brought about traffic jam and hidden danger.
In conclusion,we should have a clear mind towards tourism.In my opinion,taking a tour is a kind of relax and enjoyment,if there are so many people,so bad transportation,and troublesome,it is meaningless.So,before you join in the group of “tourism wave” ,trying your best to avoid the disadvantages I have mentioned.

Nowadays the newspaper possesses considerable value Everybody should read it. It supplies us with a variety of news every day. It tells us the political situation of the world. If we form the habit of reading the newspaper, we shall (will) get enough knowledge to cope with our circumstances.

现今报纸拥有极大的价值，人人都应该看它。它每天提供我们各种类类的消息。它告诉我们世界政治局势。如果我们养成看报的习惯，我们就能得到足够的知识来因应我们的环境。

学生虽然每天须做功课，但他们至少应该匀出一两个小时来看报。哪些，他们不但能增加知识而且也能赶上时代。总而言之，看报对学生很有益处。

MY DAILY LIFE 我的日常生活

Though my daily life is extremely monotonous, I try hard to adapt myself to it. Why? Because I intend to be a good student. I wish to render service to my country.

I get up at six o’clock every day. After I wash my face and brush my teeth, I begin to review my lessons. I go to school at seven o’clock.

After school is over, I return home. We usually have supper at seven o’clock.Then I begin to do my homework. I want to finish it before I go to bed.

虽然我的日常生活十分单调，但我却竭力设法去适应它。为什么？因为我打算做一个好学生，希望将来为国家服务。

我每天六点起床、洗脸刷牙后，就开始复习功课，七点钟我就去上学。

放学后，我就回家了。我们通常在七点钟吃晚餐，之后我就开始做家庭作业，希望在睡觉前把它做完。

A MODEL STUDENT 模范学生

Do you mind being called a bad student? Of course not. So far as I know, everybody intends to be (become) a model student.

However, to be a model student is by no means an easy thing. First, he must do his best to obtain knowledge. A man without sufficient knowledge will not succeed. Secondly, he must remember to improve his health. Only a strong man can do great tasks. Thirdly, he should receive moral education. If his conduct is not good, no one will consider making friends with him.

你价意被称为坏学生吗？当然不。就我所知，每个人都打算做模范学生。

HOW TO GET HAPPINESS 如何获得快乐

There is no doubt that happiness is the most precious thing in the world. Without it, life will be empty and meaningless. If you wish to know how to get happiness, you must pay attention to the following two points.

First, health is the secret of happiness (the key to happiness). Only a strong man can enjoy the pleasure of life.

Secondly, happiness consists in contentment. A man who is dissatisfied with his present condition is always in distress.

无疑的快乐是世界上最宝贵的东西。没有它，人生将是空虚的而且毫无意义的。如果你希望知道如何获得快乐，你须注意下面两点。

健康是快乐的要诀。唯有身体强壮的人才能享受人生的乐趣。

BOOKS 书籍

As is well known, books teach us to learn life, truth, science and many other useful things. They increase our knowledge, broaden our minds and strengthen our character. In other words, they are our good teachers and wise friends. This is the reason why our parents always encourage us to read more books.

Reading is a good thing, but we must pay great attention to the choice of books. It is true that we can derive benefits from good books. However, bad books will do us more harm than good.

如众所周知，书籍教我们学习人生，真理，科学以及其它许多有用的东西。它们增加我们的知识，扩大我们的心胸并加强我们的品格。换句话说，它们是我们的良师益友。这是为什么我们的父母终是鼓励我们要多读书的理由。

第六天：A TRIP TO THE COUNTRY 乡村游记One Sunday my mother (Mother) had (made) me take my little young brother to the a trip to the country. She bade me take good care of him.
While we were walking along the road, the sun was shining brightly and the breeze was blowing gently. We saw the beautiful flowers smile (smiling) at us and heard the birds sing (singing) their sweet songs on the trees. The scenery was indeed very pretty (beautiful).
When we felt tired, we returned home. We saw Mother (our mother) wait (waiting) for us at the door.

1.Money is indeed important, but money cannot buy everything. A miser may think that “money talks,” but if you only give your attention to making money, you may lose many things, such as health, friendship and love. I don't think we should regard money as everything. Money is just a tool that can help us solve problems or enable us to live a comfortable life. What we should do is to use it appropriately and not become misers. This way, all of us can lead a happier lives.
2.A Picnic
It was a sunny day. We decided to have a picnic outside the city. In the morning, we took an early bus to Nanhui. It was quite a colorful world. there were GREen trees, orange leaves,red peach blossoms. At noon, we reached the place, we sat by the river bank and took out a lot of things, such as bread, orange juice, apples, cakes, eggs and so on. But all of a sudden, it began to rain. Unluckily there was no shelter nearby. We had to take a bus to go back home in a hurry.
What an unforgettable picnic it was!
3.Nowadays,high school students hold different opinions about after-class activities.there are two quite different phenomenonena.

Some students are crazy about sports and some other activities.they spend much time in joining the outdoor activities and varies of groups , and also,making new friends.However,they pay a little attention to their studies.

On the contrary, some students spend almost of their time in studies and don't enjoy attending other activities.

In my opinion,I think neither of them is correct.I think we should study hard,but we also need time to relax ourselves,because if a one in a good state,he can do better.

4.To YOU MY BEST FRIEND

I'm Sweet .I am very glad to write for you. Though my English is not vehy good ,I also want to try my best to write for you . I want to give you al my sweet ,In fact, my English name is Candy. but there has already haven it .So I just to write Sweet..In a word, I want to give sweet and make your life happier and happier ..
