首先，要说的是你的基础真的不大好。语法基础的弄懂的，因为考试里还是会用得到。背课文的效果很好，只是像你说的真的要浪费很多时间。。要说的是英语的提高是一个循序渐进的过程，如果你要学，真的就要下恒心，有毅力地去学。课文建议在睡前背，一天背一篇，第二天起来复习下。。。
题还是要做的。做高考题吧。和高考相关会对高考有一个大致的了解。学英语可以分散时间，只要有时间就可以学了，不用像数学物理那样花大段集中的时间。
最重要记住，记忆力+毅力。

由此看来，她的句子中在make和come true之间漏掉了同位词或者说是形式宾语it.故而看上去很怪。事实上，整句话都很中式英语，完全是先想好中文在用英语去套的。可能作者也意识到这样不太好，所以在此过程中又想加入一个语法技巧来平衡一下，不过还是有弄错了。恕我直言，请勿见怪。
