您好，这篇英语课文总体上写得还不错，看出题主用心选词用心写作了，但是还是有些小毛病，试修改如下：
1. Yesterday 第一个字母y要大写。
2. on the street建议改为in the street (如果描述住在……大街可以用on ,但指在街上有具体活动活动做则最好用in)。
3.didn't ignore me中的didn't去掉，ignored（一般过去时），应该是没有理我，你写的是“没有不理我”。
4.Amy, and she said…（加个and）。
5. a argument 改为an argument。
6. can't改为could, play… any… no longer改为 no longer play computer games
8.have got to改为had got to
9.will say sorry改为would say sorry
以上要注意时态一致，一般过去时较多。

Your computers have enjoyed a good reputation among our campus, where quite a number of students have bought computers of your brand. Thus, your brand is my first choice when I decided to buy one.
I bought it from Times Square on June 20th,2010. The model of it is 3200, which cost me ￥4500.00. To my surprise, when I brought it home, I discovered it couldn't be started on. I called your service number which was occupying for a long while and the receiver’s was quite impolite and impatient. Later, I consulted one of my friends and solved this problem. However, just two days later, the computer’s monitor turned blue without any reasons. So I’m very disappointed and I would like you can explain it.

The computer I had just bought has a few problems, I hope you can help me with them. For one, my computer shuts down automatically sometimes. I have no clue why it does that. Second, the battery life is very short. If i unplug the battery, it dies within 30 minutes. However, it's suppose to last up to 2 hours. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Why does my battery die so quickly? Please help me with that problem. The third and most important problem is that the certain key dose not work.
