failure 表示抽象概念 不应该用冠词 而且强调的是整体概念。
但是不是所有的抽象名词都不用冠词 例如success
2008 olympic game is a great success. 这就是强调的具体事件，不是整体概念。

I. 由关系代词who, whom , whose, which, that 引导的定语从句。
i. who 代替人, 在从句中作主语。

ii. w hom 代替人, 在从句中作宾语, 通常可以省略。
e.g. The engineer w hom w e met yesterday have worked out a new automat ic device.

iii. whose 代替人或物, 在从句中作定语。
e.g. Madam Curie is a great scientist whose name is known all over the world.
