　　如何选择推荐人

　　三个推荐人，一般是选择两个学校老师当推荐人，第三个选择实习单位上司当推荐人。

　　至于学校老师推荐信，建议一个选择与所申请专业相关或相近的专业课老师，借他来向招生官展示你的学术学习与研究所需的能力，比如，申请金融专业，如果你是金融专业学生，那么自然可以选择金融专业课老师之一;如果你是非金融商科专业学生，那么可以选择相关的商科专业课，比如宏微观经济学;或者是其他非商科专业，那么尽量选能够体现你数理分析能力的课程，这是要学好金融所必须的特质;当然，如果没有，你可以选择你的本科专业课老师之一，通过实例讲解，体现你的学习能力、分析能力之类的。

　　另外一个选择可以选择像班主任、系主任、辅导员这类老师。

　　因为他们是与你有接触的前提条件下，又是对你整体情况比较了解的人。

　　通过他们的推荐信，来向学校展示你的不同于学习方面的.能力。

　　比如，如果你申请传媒专业，可以通过课外活动的事例，来体现你的团队沟通能力、交际能力等等之类的。

　　而实习单位上司，我们也一般建议，也是美国学校有时会提到的直属上司。

　　这个要求，其实很好理解的。

　　因为你，只有走直属上司，才是更加了解你的工作内容、工作状态、工作表现的。

　　因此，他才更有发言权来说你的能力特点，并且，能够对这些特点的相关事例，如数家珍。

　　不然，推荐信的说服力就不足了。

　　In order to do that, he had to do alot of computer work.

　　However, because there were few computers available inour computer lab, he had to wake up at 5 a.m.in winter (please note:"Twin city" is a downtown near the north border of China, so it is prettycold in winter and the heating system is not working very well.) to ensure the1st position of the long waiting line for his classmates and himself! At lasthe and his classmates finished the program successfully with his great efforts.

　　As to hispersonality, I would like to say Mr.Caleb is a warm-hearted, honest andupright student.

　　He was always ready to help others.

　　During my lectures, manystudents got confused at some points and I could always see Mr.Caleb help themexplain during breaks.
