In most work success is measured by income, and while our capitalistic society, this is inevitable.

Of course this does not apply to those women who are sufficiently well-to-do to make

1，主要辨析value of work 以及 successs in work,我个人认为选择后者恰当一些，因为毕竟开头已经概括性地提示出来，success in work 多数以收入衡量，后面就例外的和更广大意义的情况分析，而value of work在文中虽然也暗示到，即使得人们因为意志的专注而得到快乐，但只是一个分支的材料性的概念。

2，选择built up reputation,至于第一项A：think the work worth to do.比较含糊，究竟怎么样worth。文中已经说明了。

3，两个选项一样，不知道你有没有打对。最终的快乐是生活的舒适。文中说工作收入增加的渴望只是由此导致的舒适生活的附属品，可见舒适生活是更终极的快乐，而人们在过程中得以全身心投入，即contiuity of purpose，看起来是过程中的快乐.
