for my understanding, a mini solar charger with a mini USN output is needed to recharge the 300mA internal battery, isn't it? i think the mini solar charger is barely a combination of solar wafer and charging circuit. though i havn't seen any desirable finished products in the current market, i know a supplier who mainly produces solar charger products. if you are interested in it and provide me some basic parameters such as current (is it 500mA?) and voltage (is it 5V?), i would be very glad to help and to enquire about more details.
besides, for it was my own experience, i feel obliged to inform you that the cellphone battery might be damaged when charging via solar charger because of the constant exposure to the sun. so the design will be a tough test for the lithium battery being recharged. in addition to the problem of overheating, the biggest problem,as far as i know, is that the use of solar charger may shoten battery life and reduce the number of recycle times.
