英语作文：过去和现在学习和生活上的变化，要我的观点和想法
一、几点主要的心理障碍在英语语言的学习中，有些人似乎比其他人要轻松、容易得多。比如，许多教师同行都深信，那些性格外向的学习者在外语学习中，能积极地同别人交流，从而有更多的机会练习语言技能，他们往往是最成功的学习者。Jakobovits经过调查研究发现，影响外语学习的几个主要的因素是：动力占33%，才能占33%，智力占20%，其它占14% 。由此我们可知，外语学习者自身的心理因素是影响学习效果的最直接最主要的因素。对外语学习有困难的学生，必须从根本上克服这些障碍，才能学好外语。经过研究综合我们把这些心理障碍归纳为：动机、才能、智力、态度、性格与兴趣共五种。二、对五种障碍的认识及辅导解决方法1、动机（motivation）障碍及其辅导。动机是激励人去行动的内部动因和力量（包括个人的意图、愿望、心理冲动和企图达到的目的等），它是个体发动和维持行动的一种心理状态。一个人的动机，总是同他满足自身的需要密切相关。现在人们的生活水平都提高了，再加上现在的家庭都大部分是一孩化，因此，很多的学生都过着衣来伸手饭来张口的无忧无虑的生活，他们的很多要求都能从父母那里得到满足。因而，在学习上，他们似乎没有什么动机，得过且过。有些学生虽说也有一定程度上的动机趋向，但仍不够明朗和强烈。外语学习的动机表现为渴求外语学习的强烈愿望和求知欲。思波乐思基（Spolsky）认为：Motivation is what moves us from boredom to interest .It is something like the engine and steering wheel of an automobile. 由此，我认为，教师可从三个方面去辅导：[1]、分析学生的小环境（个人及家庭）和整个社会的大环境，让学生真正地明白英语学习的重要性和必要性。[2]、鼓励学生自己全面客观的认识自己，认识事物本身的客观属性。[3]、消除学生的各种顾虑。[4]、关心学生的变化过程。2、才能(activity)障碍及其辅导。很多教育同行都有这样的同感：有些学生一点即通，似乎他们有着一种特殊的能力，而有些学生却令老师伤透脑筋，哪怕是一个非常容易的知识点。这是什么原因呢？这就是人们所说的才能。语言才能“指语言学习的天赋能力，不包括智力、学习动机、兴趣等”（王宗炎 1988）。这其中的“天赋能力”，由什么因素所影响呢？中外很多心理学家、学者、教授都研究考察了影响学习才能的因素，也得出了若干的结论，但这些结论尚未成为最终的定论。Carroll认为：才能无非是一个学习者掌握一定分量的材料所需的时间。这正如古人所云：勤能补拙。因此，我认为，教师可以从以下方面着手：[1]、在班级中（不管是上课还是课后），营造一种浓厚的英语学习氛围，鼓励每位学生都大胆地说英语，天天说英语，时时说英语，让每一位学生都‘动’起来。[2]、表扬多说多练，尽量多创造良好的机会让英语学习有困难的学生操练英语的。[3]、因材施教，多反复，有耐心，多辅导。对于学生难于掌握的知识要反复讲，很有耐心地讲，根据不同的学生，采用不同的方法。[4]、多鼓励，少批评。3、智力(intelligence)障碍及其辅导。什么是智力呢？这在心理学领域里至今仍然是个众说纷纭的问题。Herrnstein认为：The word ‘smart’ is a useful synonym of the concept of intelligence. Intelligence is said to explain a large part of why some students seem to learn readily, while others in the same class with the same books and teachers have great difficulties. 林明榕在《学习通论》一书中总结出中外关于智力的定义共19种。综合各种观点，我们可以知道：智力是指人的认识方面的能力，它是高度的观察力、注意力、记忆力、抽象逻辑思维能力和想象力的总和。所谓的“笨”、“聪明”就是对一个人的智力的评价。智力与能力既有联系又有区别：能力是人们在完成某种活动中所表现出来的本领。人有各种能力，但不是所有的能力都是智力。智力主要
