I think sports are very good for our health and study.I have kept doing exercise for a ling time.Several months ago,I was weak in health.I often had a cold.So I went to the Physical Training Centre every week.There l joined in swimming,playing basketballand some other sports.Now l'm feeling much better than before.l'm very active.Good health makes my study better now.l hope other students keep exercising every day.

Walking is a healthy form of exercise.It is very easy for you to walk.lf you have free time,you can go for a walk.
lt is good for our health,especially for fat people.lt can help them lose weight.And it is also good for people's hearts.lt is better for you take a walk after dinner.Do this every day,and it can help you live longer.
ln a word,walking is a good way to keep healthy.


We know that some of our students do not like eating lunch at school because the food isn't delicious.So they often go out of school to buy something they like to eat.But l'm afraid it's bad for their health because some of the food they buy isn't healthy enough.
ln my opinion,if our schools want more students to be back and enjoy lunch inside,they should offer our students more choices of foods as well.
l hope our schools can solve the problem and all of us will be healthier.


l am going to have a nice weekend.This is my weekend plan.
l think study is the first,so on Saturday morning,l'll do my homework.After that l am going to go shopping with my mother,because my shoes are broken.
On Sunday morning,l am going to visit my grandparents.l don't see them for a long time.In the evening we are going to back.My mother likes swimming very much.So l am going to ask her to teach me how to swim.
l think my weekend is very exciting.l can't wait!

Private Cars in Our City
Transportation in our city has changed a lot in the past few years.More and more people have cars of their own.People can go wherever they like and feel more comfortable in their own cars than in the crowded buses.But we all know that more private cars may bring the earth more pollution and noise.And the heavy traffic will make us uncomfortable.
l think we should ride bikes or use public transportation as much as we can.lt's our duty to keep our environment nice.

Then we should treat our friends with courtesy, be careful not to interfere unreasonably with them,and not to ridicule their proceedings. We should forgive their failures and do our best to help them. In short, when we have established friendship, we ought to cherish and treasure it by means of words and deeds. Only thus, can we develop real friendship and keep the sacred lamp of friendship burning all our life.

The term, friend, covers a wide range of meanings. It can be a nodding acquaintance, a comrade, a partner, a playmate, a brother, etc. As life is full of obstacles and conflicts, we need friends to give us supports to get through tough times, we also need friends to give us warnings to go against danger. True friends share not only joy but, more often than not, they share sorrow and difficulties.
With friendship, life is happy and harmonious. Without friendship, life is hostile and unfortunate. I have friends in the rank and file. Some are rich and in power. Some are low and common. Some are like myself, working as an ordinary teacher, reading and writing and content with the simple life. To many of my friends, I know what to treasure, what to tolerate and what to share, I will never forget my old friends and keep making new friends.
