　　My home is in a town. It lies in the east of Zhejiang near the East SeA.It has a population of fifty thousand. Our town is in the south of our county.The Ease Sea is to the east of the town. To the south is flat land. Mountains are on the west. And a river runs from north to south in the west of my town.
　　The weather here is good. It is not so cold in winter or so hot in summer. So the sea near my town is full of all sorts of fish. The fishermen of my home town are all living a happy life

Haimen is a modern city. There are lots of high buildings in it. Most of us live in flats. We like to live in flats because we can be close to our friends. In the center of Haimen, there are many shops. You can buy some nice things here. Things in most shops aren’t expensive. You can pay a little money and they are yours. My hometown is a beautiful city. On each of the roads, there are some big trees and nice flowers. The roads are also very clean. They make people happy and comfortable. The seasons here are very nice. I like autumn best. It’s neither hot nor cold. A poem says “Flyer of summer come to my window to sing, then fly away. I was very lucky to have met many good teachers,among whom the most mpressive one is my English teacher.She is a woman of midiumHeigHT.She is in her thirties,wearing glasses,and a little on the thin side.Her name is Nancy.
I regard Nancy as a good teacher for three main reasons.To start with,Nancy's dedication and enthusiasm to her work inspired me to get ahead and never stop trying.She spent a lot of her spare time talking with us,helping us with prombles in study and personal life.Second,the wonderfully creative lessons she delivered make English learning no longer a hard job but full of fun.I enjoy every minute of her lesson.And third,Nancy's warmly human character creates a bond of friendship that will last forever.Her great sense of humor and encouraging words made us close to each other like friends.

二、 A Good Teacher
A good teacher always has many good qualities.I think a good teacher should have qualities as follows.

Firstly, a good teacher should be a role model. There is a class in which the students have been used to littering. One day, their teacher picked up a piece of waste paper on the ground. The students were moved. From then on, they haven’t thrown away garbage any more as they please. Better still, they now pick up rubbish on their own initiative. It is the power of a good teacher’s role model that make the students do so.

Secondly, a good teacher should enjoy his work and love students. Only if he loves his work and students , then he will have the impetus to work hard, and he will blend into students and try his best to educate his students.

Thirdly, a good teacher should have the idea of lifelong learning .With the development of the information society, the renewing of knowledge is more and more quick .Teachers must stick to studying new knowledge, or they will be knocked out by society

Perhaps the most interesting person I ever met is my English teacher, Mr Li. He is in his late twenties. He is tall and hansome, full of enery and likes wearing a T-shirt and jeans most of time. He works very hard and his lessons are always well-prepared and clearly delivered. He is not only our teacher but also our friend. He helps us a lot with our study and after class sometimes he can challenge a student to a game of chess. We admire him and respect him a lot.
