stay这个词可以是及物动词，也可以不及物。

至于这里为什么用on,我个人认为和stay 没有关系，一般说on the days. 或者是in the days.

这里“stay”是名词，意为“停留”，“your”就是形容词性物主代词，它就只有一个意思“你的”。整句意思是“你将会享受你在待在这里的时光”
“享受你在待在这里的时光”即"enjoy your stay here"

一般不能。从语法分析，我们在说stay here的时候here是副词而不作名词，所以不及物动词stay后为here的时候不必加介词。至于你提到的两个例子，前一个一般不加at，后一个here习惯上作名词“这里”，是不及物动词look的宾语，当然要加介词。
home单用的时候可以做副词，也属于这种情况。
