Doris Lessing was a famous English novel writer who won the 2007 Noble Prize in Literature. She led a lonely and painful life during her childhood. She educated herself through a large amount of reading. Doris was gifted in writing. She was particularly skilled in describing the beautiful sights in Africa and in describing the struggle story of independent women. She has written dozens of novels, plays and other kinds of books on people's life. Her endless efforts made her gain people's respect.
