的确都可以，前者更正式，日常使用不讲究。另外，如果你想突出否定，可以把not单独提出来，即there are NOT，以示强调（这种情况下一般不会这样说there AREN'T，因为听起来奇怪）。
说实话，口语中我还是偏向后面一种。

不可以，重读强调需要are 和 not 一起重读，不过在美式英语中，aren't 可以写成ain't，当然原来ain't = am not 的，现在使用更加普遍了，可以指are not 甚至 will not 或者 have not等。
