　　I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. I bet every student will feel nervous before they take the exam, exam is very important for students, teachers will assess them according it, so all the students want to do well in the exam. Anxiety bothers students, they can’t sleep and eat well, as they are afraid of failing it. In my opinion, there is no need for students to feel anxious, it only makes you work worse and can’t help you get a better score. Students should not take the exam too serious, it just a way of assessment, if they do well, just keep it, while if they fail, adjusting the study plan. As we all know, healthy is very important to everybody.But do you really know how to stay healthy? Here are some useful tips. Welcome to our school! Our school is the key middle school in this city. Now we are in the front gate. In our daily life, if we get on harmoniously with our friends, we’ll feel more joyous. But we’ll feel lonely without friends.When our friends feel upset or get ill, we shouldn’t ignore them or look down upon them. On the contrary, we ought to calm them down, show our love and concern to them and try our best to help them overcome the hardships. Sometimes we may have some misunderstandings or disagreements with our friends, thus we had better have a discussion with them and try to accept their good ideas instead of quarreling with them.
