二．多样性原则
练习写作的多样化及写作文体的多样性。

刚开始写作时可以改写课文，也可以仿写课文；可以使用续写故事的方法；可以把作文的提纲写出来，以此来训练谋篇布局，也可以使用拓展段落的方法，目的是训练发散思维。或者从写说明文、议论文、记叙文开始，也可以写书信、便条、通知等等。

三．结合性原则
当我们在学习英语时，要结合听说读训练和写训练。

首先要做的就是，先通过听和读吸取语言知识，再通过说和写来表达自己的思想，让别人了解自己。

大量的听说训练，不但能提高读写能力，而且写与听说读紧密结合，进行多元化的能力训练，可以使自己的听说读写各项能力，互相影响、互相渗透、互相促进。

了解了英语写作要遵循的原则后，接下来，就是写作方法。具体应该怎么做呢？

首先，积累词汇量、多阅读。
很多同学的写作不好，词汇量缺乏是最大的影响因素，所谓巧妇难为无米之炊，说的就是我们写作时不知所措的感受。所以，词汇是最基本的，掌握大量的单词和短语会让你在写作时游刃有余。

要知道，在一篇高分作文的背后一定是有海量的阅读在支撑，阅读不仅能锻炼你的语感，还能提升口语能力，在阅读时收藏优美的句子，写作时用之即取，能帮助你写出更饱满的文章内容。

其次，熟知语法、多思考。
低分英语作文经常会出现病句，而且内容空洞、平淡，这些都说明了我们对语法掌握的不准确，而且思维不活跃，缺乏思考。

要想改变这种情况，提升英语成绩，把语法学好是关键。让所写的每一句话不出现语法错误，这样即使文章不够出彩，至少也会及格。好文章是由好句子组成的，平时在看范文时，带着所学的语法知识，狠抓句子结构，多思考，观察句子和句子之间是怎么连接的，并且学会灵活运用。

最后，掌握文章架构、多练习。
英语作文有多种类型，比如说明文、记叙文、应用文等，对于不同类型的文章架构，要做到心中有数。当你掌握了作文的各种结构，也就等于为写作架好了桥梁，就不会出现东拼西凑毫无层次的作文。

所以当你在熟悉一种文章结构时，要学会进行相应的写作练习，以便熟练掌握，考试时才能信手拈来。此外，养成良好的写作习惯和培养写作技巧也非常很重要。
