another + 数词+单位名词 表示再一……或又一……（多长时间）
用more要则表示为：ten more minutes 表示再有10分钟 或再来10分钟

如果前后意思清楚, another 和 more 后面可以不跟名词。例如:

I have had one cup of coffee, but I should like another.

1）more用作副词是many和much的比较级，可构成多数两个或两个以上音节的形容词或副词的比较级。

但通常不可构成表示方位、绝对或极限意义、时间概念、事物的性质或结构成分、顺序或含明确数学概念、几何形状或以or结尾等的形容词或副词的比较级。通常也不可与形容词或副词的比较级形式连用。

2）在表示两者中“较…一个”时, more前要加定冠词。

3）more可单独用作插入语,在含意上接近于what's more,也可在动词后单独使用。

三、后接词不同

1、another位于数词的前面。

如：The strike may last another three days.

罢工可能再持续三天。

2、而more后既可跟可数名词也可跟不可数名词。

如：There were ten people in the room. After a while three more people came in.

房间里有十个人。过了一会儿，又来了三个人。

another 和 more 与数词结合表示“另、还“之意。请观察下面例句:
