　　My view on Listening in English
　　Some friends of mine always ask me about the good ways of Listening in English. Though many people gain very little after long term and hard study, there must be some good ways of learning.
　　Now I’m talk about my Listening in English road. Trully, every one would have every different experience in listening in English. But my way maybe is the most acceptable to most of the English learners.
　　In order to listening in English good. The most important thing is you need to understand what they are talking about. That's great requirement for listening ability. And also, if you want to clearly understand what others talking about, I mean to improve your listening ability, you should make your pronouncing ability very close to theirs first.
　　Firstly, rebuild your pronounciation and intonation system to make it perfect, at least very close to the radio and tape, I know it's difficult, but it's not possible. So it is why I call it rebuild, not only practice.
　　Secondly, after you successfully rebuilt your pronounciation you need to listen to some good materials to gain enough sence of listening. At least for 1 or 2 months.
　　Last, must carry on, do more listening in English. Then, you gained your success.

Some friends of mine always ask me about the good ways of learning English. It's really a great project to well master the language of English. So most of those so-called short cut or crazy ways can't be fully trusted, it really costs time and enregy, though many people gain very little after long term and hard study.there must be some good ways of learning.

We know the final target of our English learning is to obtain the ability to write and speak. With more than 10 years study on or off the class, the abilty to write (or we can say it's the ability to take tests) is no big problem for most of us. But to gain the ability of good speaking is really big headache.

Now I gonna talk about my speaking road. Trully,every one would have every different exprience in learning. But my way maybe is the most acceptable to most of the English learners.

In order to speak good, you need to understand how people speak good Endlish, I mean when someone,such as local people speak english, u can understand what they are talking about, that's great requirement for listening ability. And also, if you want to clearly understand what others talking about,i mean to improve your listening ability, you should make your pronouncing ability very close to theirs first.

The above is really nonsense.So the following is the useful steps:

Firstly, rebuild your pronounciation and intonation system to make it perfect, at least very close to the radio and tape, i know it's difficult, but it's not possible. So it is why i call it rebuid, not only practice.

Secondly, after you successfully rebuilt your pronounciation you need to listen to some good materials to gain enough sence of listening. At least for 1 or 2 mounths.

Then, to speak, never be afraid of speaking up, especially after your reestablishing your pronounciation.

Then, you gained your success.

If you are really something, im sure what i said would help u alot, if not, try hard by yourself.
