别因为看到must而用了mustn't(禁止）
因为这句的主干是“He is playing ...."
而must只是表示肯定的判断，不影响主句意思。
所以用isn't he.

例：
You must know the truth,don't you?

Tom is not here.He must have gone home.
Tom不在这里，他一定是回家了。

must have done sth 表猜测，表示肯定已经做某事了。

这是表示对过去事情的肯定猜测。如果填go，则表示“他必须回家”，意思完全不同了。

must have done这种形式是对以前发生的事的肯定猜测，这句话的意思是，他不在这，他一定是回家了，这也是属于固定用法。
