Due to the requirements in my field, I am proficient with multiple 2D and 3D graphic design softwares, as well as the Office System. My instructor granted a No Examination Required status to me, because of my over-qualification in the application of Auto CAD.
Diligence is the mother of good fortune, for I have successfully acquired all certification in the field of mechanical design, and passed Level 6 National English Proficiency Test.
In my spare time, as a hobby, I read English magazines. I reckon my comprehension of the English language is sufficient for daily communication, and I am confident that I can handle myself if business trips, if such duty is required.
I think of myself as a person that can perform calmly and rationally under pressure, responsible, persistent, enjoys working with a team and possess all the right skills for the position. Moreover, I have high standard for myself both professionally and morally. I welcome new challenges and is well organizationed.

一个小小建议，CV切忌主动提到自己的弱点，哪怕是一丁点。这是国外的观点，有点不一样，这样做他们不认为是谦虚，而是缺乏自信。如果是国内的企业的话，我就不太了了。
按篇幅，自我宣扬占1/3 的话未多了一点。其实你也知道，人家是抽时间看这个，多写实质的东西，篇幅短一点并不是不尊重。
不如详细解释一下你在学生会的作用，雇主会对这个比较有兴趣。因为作为一个学生，你缺的是实质的工作经验，如果你在学校活动，或者是科研计划里面有参与过，是最好的代替品。
