当然不行，你的句子如果在语法上对的话，要么去掉news和talk shows的其中一个，要么program变为programs，is改为are
总之，必须符合主谓一致的选择
be动词的形式只与主语的单复数有关。所以，这两种句式都对。
show必须用复数或者用a talk show也可以,正确的句子如下:My favorite program is a talk show.或My favorite program is talk shows.is talk show
