1.My favourite sport

My favourite sport is running. I like running because I can do this sport on my own and I can run anytime I want. After doing my homework, I usually run for half an hour in the park near my home. It is healthy for me and I feel relaxed. In summer, I usually run in the evening because it is not hot. Sometimes I run in raining days and it is funny. Now I can run much faster than before.

赞运动会4×100米赛跑
运动会精彩、激烈的男子4×100米接力赛开始了。
我们的4名运动健将和运动员们一起来到各自的跑道上。随着枪声一响，第一棒运动员像离弦的箭一样冲出起跑线。到了第二棒，他迅速将手往上一挑，前面的同学马上接住棒，向前冲。其他班级的运动员也不甘示弱，急起直追。差距被缩小了，第四棒的运动员要冲刺了，只见他像骏马一样迅速飞奔起来。他超过了一个又一个，遥遥领先，第一个冲到了终点，我们是第一名！
