Second, universities should set up psychology-related courses and seminars to guide the students how to get rid of the negative emotions, which would further trigger more severe mental problems, and refresh themselves. Third, universities oughtn’t overly stress the importance of the academic performance and neglect their mental development. As long as the mental health is equally laid emphasis on, students are unlikely to develop mental health problems.

As for ourselves, we need to form optimistic and hopeful attitudes towards life. To deal with the study and other affairs, such as campus love, relations between friends, wisely and constructively. The moment we find ourselves can’t control our feelings or negative emotions, immediately turn to psychology teachers for further aid. By this approach, we would let go annoyance, depression, stress, etc., if timely treatment and care is given.

Bullying is the leading cause of low self-esteem and poor mental health in teenagers. With some, this leads to suicide/murder. So the first step would be to take bullying a lot more seriously than schools do.
