Dear Interviewer(s), my name is XXX. It's my pleasure to attend this interview. I'm 26 years old now. I graduated from Dong Hua University, major in logistic management. Below is my working experience:
I worked for XX company from March 2009 to May 2010, position as customer service. My main responsibility is to answer phone calls, make stats, handle complaints.
My second job was at XX company. I worked there from June 2010 to June 2013, as the assistant to the manager. What I mainly do was to assist the manager with the daily affairs, project management, pre-sales support and client training.
I think I'm a loyal person with good team work spirit. I can work under high pressure. I'm confident that I'm qualified to the position in your company.

My favorite teacher
My favorite teacher is my English teacher .She wears a pair of glasses and she has big eyes and the long and roll hairs。She is tall. Her lecture is very interesting.She is very kind,so we all like her very much.

The first employee/candidate is a college student with high academic qualification,and also smart and cordial. but i think this job needs corresponding working experiences which the second applicant have, and she also have good enough professional knowledges, so at last i chossed the second one. by the way, I give the students in college a suggestion that you may use your spare time excercising in the present society to increase your working experiences and lay a foundation for your future employment!

One candidates are university students with high academic qualifications and ingenuity of people sincerely, But I think this needs some working experience, which is the second advantage of the candidates. but her professional expertise is quite good, so I chose the second. In addition, I suggest that many college students can use spare time in the community and temper, increasing their work experience, lay the foundation for future employment!

the No.1 candidate is a university man. owned high education, and quick reaction and honestly. but in my opinion, for this job, it is necessary of working experiences. the second one posses this advantage. and she has good professional knowledges. So I choose No2. otherwise, I think students who study in colleges and univeristies should practise more in society , enhance their working experiences for future in their spare time.
