由疑问句转为宾语从句的例句10条
一般疑问句前加上连词whether或if ，把疑问句变为陈述句，其它变化则与陈述句相同。

改的句子是不对的，没人会去问“时间是什么的”what is the time.谁不知道时间是什么？
要问的是“什么时间是”what （the）time is“ ，是7点还是8点，到底什么时间了现在？
1、同是宾语从句，同是what引导，但what在从句，我是说在“从句”中担当的成分不同。
2、我们都知道，宾语从句是要用陈述语气，即“主+谓+（其他成分）”的格式，但有个特例。
【注】在从句的引导词为疑问词 what/who在从句中做【主语】时，句式为：who/what+谓语+其他
3、例句分析
例（1）what在从句中，担当句子的，谓语是is,表语wrong with you
符合特例情况的“what+谓语+其他”
例（2 ）what在从句中，担当句子的，从句主语为名词the time,谓语is。
符合“主+谓+其他”的形式。
综上，例（1）和例（2）都是宾语从句的正常陈诉语气，都是对的，你的改句貌似形式上是符合特例的，但意思上相悖，正如我开头所说的，这里不是要问“什么是时间”而是要问“什么时间是”。
