往往能够照见自己的影子，似乎自己曾经因为读过几本书，又喜欢关心实事，什么都能够与别人聊上几句，但是真正看看现实的成绩单，怎一句惨淡了得。我认为，平时啥都知道现实中却一事无成的原因，大致可以总结出4点，最主要的就是理论与现实，理想与现实的脱节。
1、知识未成体系，零散难运用。
现代社会，信息爆炸，每个人都能够通过各种渠道快速获取到信息，“上知天文下知地理”已经不再是梦想，但是零散的知识并不代表真正的能力，只有知识转换成了你的个人体系，支撑起了你的能力结构，你才能够运用自如，那才是能力。
2、动手能力较差，实践经验少。
确实有一身的“功夫”和理论在胸，但是缺乏实践的机会，或者有机会也没能把握住，最终让理论没有得到很好的施展，才华就渐渐地被埋没了。这个是有动手的想法和机会，但是把握不住。
3、纯粹喜欢动动嘴皮子的理想派。
有些人，动手能力本不弱，但是喜欢东一锤头西一棒子，朝三暮四，什么事情都坚持不了三两下。但是讨论起来总能够滔滔不绝，纯粹是嘴皮子派。这个是连动手的想法都没有的。
4、纯属运气不佳，或者“大器晚成”。
人生的得意与成功，七分靠打拼，还有三分靠运气，也不排除有的人很倒霉，屡战屡败，纯属运气不佳，或者时机迟迟不到。

If you don't study hard, you will be useless after growing up, so you will be discarded by others just like his present situation.
If you don't study hard, grow up will accomplish nothing. All people look down on you, just like now.
