有英文的作文With the development of economy, more and more greenhouse gases are being discharged into the air. CO2 makes up about 70% of the greenhouse gases, which is considered to be one of the greatest causes of global warming. It has harmful effects, causing the sea level to rise and many natural disasters to strike.
So we must take effective measures to save our planet. First, we should use more clean energy and less coal and oil. Second, we should go to work on foot or by bus instead of driving a car if possible. Third, we should plant more trees, because plants can turn CO2 into oxygen. More importantly, we should form the habit of saving energy in our daily life.

Environmental Pollution
I read a piece of news recently. It says that in Japan marly businessmen ave selling fresh air to customers.and now it is becoming more and more popular. Why? --Fresh air is getting less and less in Japan, and so is it in the U. S. A.
In fact, environmental pollution is a very serious problem the whole world is facing.
it is mainly caused by the waste products released from artificial substances, industrial
production and increased consumption of goods. Bedsides, the use of chemical substances
in agriculture also causes environmental pollution. Look at the sky, you can see that dense smoke is being released from the high and big chimneys; those dirty and poisonous substances are flowing into the rivers that we use for drinking water and millions of tons of waste products are heaping around us.
How to change this condition? More and more countries are trying to work out some effective means to bring it under control, but no great success has been made.
环境污染
最近我读了一则消息说在日本，许多商人向顾客出售新鲜空气，现在这种情况越演越烈。为什么呢? 因为在日本新鲜空气越来越少，在美国也是如此。
事实上，环境污染是整个世界正在面临的一个严重问题。这主要是由于人造物质，工业生产过程中所产生的废料以及消费商品的增长造成的。另外，在农业中使用化学物品也造成了环境污染。看看天空，你可以看到浓烟从高大的烟囱中释放出来，这些脏而有毒的物质流入我们赖以饮水的河流，数百万吨废物正堆积在我们周围。
怎样改变这种状况呢？越来越多的国家正在试图拟定出一些有效措施控制环境污染，但至今成效不大。

The greenhouse effect, also known as the “flower house effect”, is a common name for the effect of atmospheric insulation. 

The atmosphere can make the short-wave radiation of the sun reach the ground, but a large number of long-wave heat radiation rays radiated from the surface after being heated by the earth are absorbed by the atmosphere.

So that the surface and the low temperature of the lower layer act similarly to the greenhouse for cultivating crops, hence the name greenhouse effect. 

Since the industrial revolution, the heat-absorbing greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide emitted by humans into the atmosphere have increased year by year, and the greenhouse effect of the atmosphere has also increased. 

This has caused a series of problems that have attracted the attention of countries around the world.

近日，北京大学城市与环境学院李本纲教授及其研究团队依据观测数据和模型研究结果，估算出我国从前工业时代至今对全球变暖的贡献大约占到10％，远低于中国排放的全球占比。

该项研究是第一份关于中国对全球辐射强迫贡献的综合评估，首次定量讨论中国对全球变暖的影响，相关研究成果发表在17日英国自然出版集团的《自然》杂志上。

辐射强迫用于描述某一气候变化因子（如大气中二氧化碳浓度增加）对地球系统能量收支平衡的影响。作为研究全球气候变化的一个重要指标，它是政府间气候变化专门委员会（IPCC）在其气候变化评估报告中通常提及的内容。

李本纲及其研究团队利用生物地球化学和大气化学—辐射传输模型，结合历史观测数据的记录，量化出中国目前和历史（1750年至2010年）对全球辐射强迫的贡献。研究人员针对中国的9类大气污染物排放及土地利用变化进行了详细的模拟研究，它们对于全球气候变化有着不同的影响。

研究人员发现化石燃料燃烧产生的二氧化碳对全球变暖是最大贡献者，甲烷和黑炭气溶胶也发挥了使气温升高的作用。研究结果显示硫酸盐气溶胶提供了强力的冷却效果，这两类辐射强迫会有部分抵消。

研究人员介绍，目前中国在进行改善空气质量的工作，通过烟气脱硫脱硝之类的办法降低二氧化硫、氮氧化物等致冷气候胁迫因子的排放，负的辐射强迫就会减少，如果二氧化碳及黑炭不同步减排，会导致致暖效应更明显，因此需要通过适当的方法同时解决气候变暖和空气质量改善问题。
