the hotel is on Center Street
On daily basis, my mother cook me delicious food, which is a good thing because every time when she go to the supermarket, she make sure she buy the vegetables that is good for my health. On the other handI always take breakfast, as we all know, the energy we have in the morning doesn't come it self, it's generated by breakfasts, so that's two ways how i keep my self health. Exercising keeps me away of getting over fat, and keeps me fit, it burns the extra that i don't need everyday, and help up the metabolism. I go to bed befor 11 every night, so i know that i got enough sleep ever single day.
Anyway, these are some good habits that keep me health!
My good habits
I am very healthy because I have some good habits.
About my first habit,I always take a cup of water in the morning to refresh stomach.And keep doing excise is also good for us,at least 30 minutes per day,like me play basketball everyday after school.Moreover,sleep quality is the most important part to keep health,8 hours sleeping is as well defined a great sleeping time.For these three factors which are having nice mood,balance diet,enough activities and sleep well help us in life.
If you want become healthy like me you should do good habits like me.
