野菜的好时候。妈妈提议:“咱们一起去挖野菜吧。”我和爸爸举双手赞同。三十分钟后我们出发了。
到达目的地——六门村,我们下了车,向田地走去。我们沿着弯弯曲曲的小路,路旁有一些不知名的小草,在转过一个弯后,眼前出现了两排高大的桐树。树下有一抹绿色,这时妈妈大叫道:“看,是小蒜!”
名称:小蒜
样子:它们是一丛一丛长着的,不像别的草长成一片。虽然它们挤在一起,但是它们每一棵都是独立生存的。它们翠绿的“头发”又细又长,很像小葱,挖出来后,下面长着一个白白的小球,像蒜一样,用手捏开一个,气味刺鼻。挖的时候把四周的土松一松,用手抓住“头发”一拔,完整的小蒜就出来了。
吃法:用小蒜摊煎饼很好吃哦。
我们沿着小路又走了五分钟,可是路边除了小蒜还是小蒜。我有点失望了,又走了一会儿,我们来到了一块田地,这块地上没有种庄稼。可是上面却绿油油的一片,走近一看:荠菜!
名称:荠菜
样子:叶子细长,呈分裂状,长有细小的茸毛。开白色小花,开花的大多已经老了,不建议挖。
用铲子平着铲,轻轻一抓就一大把。
吃法:可以包饺子、包包子。
我们继续向前走,来到了一个长满野蒿的地方。终于找到百蒿了。
这是野艾,吃起来是苦的。
名称:百蒿,也叫茵陈
样子:和野艾很像,百蒿的叶子发白,野艾发绿;百蒿叶子细细的,野艾叶子较大;百蒿的枯干细,上面的种子小小的圆圆的,野艾的相对粗一些。用手抓住枯干向上一拔就OK了。
吃法:用百蒿蒸蒸菜、百蒿水冲鸡蛋。
