Water is injected into the reservoir as drinking water to enter the human body, if they drink untreated water, the human body will be hurt, occur in various diseases; the same oil injection of untreated sewage, oil will hurt.This damage is mainly reflected reservoir blockage in a breeding bacteria,mechanical impurities and iron deposits, causing the injection pressure increases, water volume decreased, affecting the efficiency of water floodingfor crude oil. Therefore, we must on into the reservoir water purification treatment.
Because the sewage is produced from the reservoir, so the main purpose ofoilfield sewage treatment is the removal of oil and suspended solids removal.Generally speaking, can be divided into two stages, the first section is thedegreasing stage, the stage is demulsification and flocculation by oil, waterdensity difference and chemicals will be oil and water separation; secondsection is the filtering stage, this stage is the use of filter adsorption,interception, surface sewage suspended solids, oil and other impuritiesadsorbed on the filter or not make it through the filter layer. In addition to the oil phase to the corresponding treatment methods according to the properties of crude oil in oil containing sewage density, freezing point and the different.At home and abroad, in addition to technical method of oil phase mainly are: gravity oil separation technology, pressure settlement oil removal technology,air flotation oil removal technology, hydrocyclone oil removal technology.

Air flotation oil removal technology is a large number of fine bubbles in oily sewage water, the particle diameter of 0.25 to 25 microns suspended oil beadand solid particles adhere to the bubbles, floating to the surface, so as to achieve the removal of sewage sludge oil and suspended solid particles of theobjective. The flotation, which can greatly improve the suspended oil dropletsand solid particles floating velocity, shorten the treatment time. Its characteristic is the large capacity, high efficiency, suitable for heavy oil wastewater and oily wastewater containing emulsified oil high.
Hydrocyclone oil removal technology is the use of the density difference between oil and water, the fluid rotates at a high speed, the centrifugal forceby the ranging function and realize oil-water separation. Its characteristic is the equipment has the advantages of small volume, high separation efficiency.But the relative density of crude oil is greater than 0.9 of the oily water poor adaptability. Filtering filtering stage and used according to the requirements of water after filtering is divided into coarse filtration, fine filtration and fine filtration. According to the recommended standards for water quality, solidsuspended matter content is 1 ~ 5 mg / L, particle diameter of 2 to 5 microns.The core technology is the selection and regeneration of filter media.
