一、了解MBA，坚定备考信心
MBA是什么，你为什么要考MBA?你读MBA是为了什么?
有人为了工作晋升，有人为了提升管理知识，有人为了人脉……
读MBA一定能获得这些吗?一定只能靠读MBA获得这些吗?为了获得这些付出两三年的时间和一笔不菲的学费是值得的吗?如果你的答案都是肯定的，那么就去考吧。
请注意，备考路上肯定不是一帆风顺的，你的复习会遇到问题，你的心态会受到影响，后期工作、生活、备考多方面的压力可能会让你想要放弃，但是如果你开始了，就请一直走下去。
二、了解管理类专硕联考
如果想报考2020年MBA，我们是需要参加管理类专硕联考的，全国同一份试卷，所有地区所有学校都是同样的考试内容。
1、MBA报考条件
首先我们需确认，自己是否满足报考条件，有些人一腔热血就觉得自己要考，书都买来了，然后临头一盆冷水，对不起，你不满足报考条件。
MBA报考条件：本科毕业满3年，专科毕业满5年，硕士毕业满2年，毕业年限的计算方式都是截至入学前。即报考2020年MBA，需要在2017年7月前本科毕业或者2015年7月前专科毕业。
这里会有很多人问，函授本科可以报考吗?成人大专可以考吗?
按照规定，只要是国家承认的学历都可以报考。当然个别学校会有一定限制，比如清华从2015年起已不再接受专科学历考生报考MBA。
2、证书问题
MBA证书问题是很多人关注的重点，十月联考已经取消，报考2020年MBA需要参加全国管理类专硕联考，毕业都是双证，有硕士学历证书，也有学位证书。
3、考试时间、科目
管理类专硕联考科目为英语二、综合，综合包括数学、语文写作和逻辑。2020年MBA考试时间预计是12月底，和研究生招生考试时间一样。
联考总共分值为300分，其中综合200分(数学75分，逻辑60分，写作65分)，英语100分。每年联考会有一个国家线，报考大多数学校只要分数达到国家线就能进入复试。
三、确定目标
确定目标可以分成两部分，一确定目标学校，二确定目标分数。
1、确定目标学校
学校如何选择，我们要考虑的很多。或许我们都向往着最好的那所学校，但现实经常会告诉我们，那可能不是最好的选择。
你定居在中部，就不要去考北上广的MBA，你年薪20万，也最好放弃学费就20多万还要脱产读的MBA。读MBA不是生活的唯一，选择最适合自己的学校才是王道。
所以择校的原则一般是，选择自己所在地、性价比最高、努力后能考上的学校。
学校太远了，去上课就不太方便，而且对自己之后的工作未必有那么大的帮助，当地学校的各种优势或许更大。学校分数线太高了，而自己的基础、复习时间又跟不上，那这个目标只能是无法实现的目标。

2、确定目标分数
确定好学校后，可以参考学校往年MBA分数线制定目标分数。一是因为学校分数线也逐年上涨，今年还能进复试的分数明年不一定还能进;二是因为压线进入复试一定更危险。试想复试时，你和其他考生条件几乎一样，招生老师很难取舍，而你的初试分数比其他考生明显低很多，学校会选择谁呢?
当然细化的目标需要建立在足够深入的了解上，包括对自己基础的了解，和对考试科目的了解。建议大家对自己做一次基础评估，评估自己的数学、英语基础怎样，哪方面是弱项，哪方面需强化，然后根据考试具体题型，每一块占分情况制定各版块目标。
四、制定备考计划
确定好学校后，我们应该制定相应的MBA备考计划。
需要注意的是，很多学校的MBA招生实行提前面试政策，参加了提前面试且通过后，联考一般只要达到国家线就能被拟录取，不用参加考后的复试，提前面试没过一般也不影响继续报考该学校。
MBA提前面试包括两部分，材料申请和面试，材料申请主要是向学校提交申请材料，包括基本信息、工作经历、学习经历、个人论述等。学校会审核申请者的材料，再给一部分人发出面试邀请。
不管是申请材料还是面试，都不是容易准备的。学校会评估你的职业背景、学历背景以及工作经验，你是不是学校想要的人，你是不是与众不同的人。
如果需要准备MBA提前面试，我们可以提前梳理好自己的背景，知道自己在哪些方面比较缺乏，相应的去改善。工作经验短时间内容无法丰富起来，但我们可以多总结自己的强项、弱项，思考自己的职业目标和规划。
根据上一步制定的目标分数，我们可以制定两个初试复习计划，一个总体规划安排，一个是阶段短期计划。
MBA备考长期规划
长期规划只需要一个大体的时间段，比如某个月你需要完成什么，背完多少单词，学完什么知识点等。
这里需要大家综合自己的实际情况，来规划复习进度，保证每一个阶段都有任务安排，不会出现某个阶段忙得要死，某一个阶段完全不看书的情况。前期的复习重点应是数学和英语，记忆单词和数学基本概念、公式，多看英语文章，后期加上逻辑和写作。
MBA备考短期计划
短期计划应该尽量详细，因为这关系到你每天的复习效率。
比如这一个月每天的复习时间是什么时候，晚上几个小时，这几个小时你大概用来做什么，周末的时间你怎么安排等等(具体到每天背多少个单词，做多少题)。
一个好的时间观，能很大程度决定你能不能完成你想做的事情。备考计划好不好，很大程度上能决定你能不能最终考上。
