Youth

Youth is not a time of life; it is a state of mind; it is not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees; it is a matter of the will, a quality of the imagination, a vigor of the emotions; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life.

Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20. Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We grow old by deserting our ideals.

Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul. Worry, fear, self-distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.

Whether 60 or 16, there is in every human being’s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing appetite for what’s next and the joy of the game of living. In the center of your heart and my heart, there is a wireless station; so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, courage and power from man and from the infinite, so long as you are young.

When your aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you’ve grown old, even at 20; but as long as your aerials are up, to catch waves of optimism, there’s hope you may die young at 80.

　　(一)夕阳如梦独登楼
　　天边的夕阳在梦的边缘，正一点一点往下坠。那淡淡的娇红里隐约着浅浅的艳紫，渲染出一种凄美的韵致，顾盼着满天的云霞，起伏的山峦。跌进了一个缤纷的梦境里。
　　残阳是一支饱满的水彩笔，在云的面颊深情挥洒。云，燃烧起来，绚烂起来。浅红套着嫣红，深红印着紫红。在滚动，在飞升。边缘处，透着明亮，显着灵动；中间处，格外凝重，写满深情。近处的，层层叠叠，虚虚实实，如浓墨重彩在宣纸上点染，晕化。远处的，则如一条条彩绸，飘逸，朦胧。
　　沉默的山被点燃了，轮廓渐渐清晰起来。绵延的峰顶燃烧成橘红色，与天上的云霞相互媲美。山的中间紫红里透出淡淡的青蓝，显得十分厚重。山脚下那如梦如幻的淡粉色的云雾，模糊了一带如梦的树林，飘渺了一片如诗的村舍。

　　(二)与雪的约会
　　撑起花雨伞,走在白雪覆盖的长长的路上,看飞雪飘飘洒洒,在最起初,仿佛与她仍是一场极平常的相遇,不曾想许多.
　　信手揽来一掌心雪花,凉意沁进心底,“雪落无声只为寒”？一种仿佛贮藏很久的湿润感觉涌上心头，雪真的是无声吗？索性将伞收起，突然间感觉雪花好似有了灵性，我不由自主地旋转一周，此刻的我好希望能够听懂她们的絮语读懂她们的心情。
　　她们在说些什么？
　　想起雪是春的使者，“冬去春不远”她们是在絮语春的讯息么？想起雪是古人的诗引“有梅无雪不精神，有雪无诗俗了人”她是在呼唤灵感么？噢，雪是有声的，她传报着春的讯息，她踏着远古的脚步轻盈走来；她是伟大的，将一切污秽彻底掩埋；她是无私的，将自己化为棉被，让麦苗安全过冬；她是灵动的，不同的情怀赋予她不同的灵性，“忽如一夜春风来，千树万树梨花开”神思飞扬中雪儿被插上了翅膀穿越了时空，并将更远地飞去飞去.

　　(三)绽放在秋天的童话
　　秋雨打梧桐，点点滴滴，高楼目尽欲黄昏；秋月映江魂，回回荡荡，月光浸水水浸天。——题记
　　突然开始怀恋秋天。袅袅的秋风，亭皋的木叶，潺湲的秋水，交融回荡，延伸到远方天空的尽头。我是一个彳亍于人生道路上孤独旅者，顺着秋天独有的倾巢般的夜幕中的一缕婵娟，紧握着岁月赐予我的轮迹，悠然前行。
　　我已经好久好久没有陷入如此的怀恋了，可那些许欢快的影却时时徘徊在我的脑海之中！总是回味着那如梦的秋夜：
　　漫天飞舞的枯蝶中夹杂着一抹夜韵倾巢而下，幡然而起，寻笙觅箫，却又在这梦幻般迷茫的夜色中流连忘返!相遇在秋夜，在上天为我们营造的优美的旋律中，你回首一笑，与一勺池的清泉、九天外的蟾宫交相辉映，如沉浸在泡影中的梦幻一般，让人联想翩翩，呆然而立！

　　(四)海边的绵绵思
　　飞机起飞的那一刻，我的心情很复杂。因为时刻向往着天空，因为有人告诉我，海的蓝色是因为天的映衬。
　　我坐在窗边，随着飞机穿过云层，在云层之上滑翔。可以清晰的看到飞机在天空留下的痕迹，不知道那是蔚蓝中的纯白，还是白色中的清澈……云层之上的天空没有一丝瑕疵，那样的完整，包笼着绵绵的云。
　　绵绵的云簇成颗颗的水，颗颗的水聚成条条的河，条条的河汇成片片的海！是的，是海，是一片一望无际的海，是一片汹涌澎湃的海，更是一片可以是浩瀚，可以是美丽，可以是温柔的海。它看似很壮大，看似很雄伟。只会让人产生怀疑，“也许，我能在这片海中浮在水面，优美动人”。这海是白色的，是由蔚蓝的天托衬的，那这蔚蓝映衬的海呢？
　　飞机把我带离了那个绵绵的海面，我不得不离开无暇的蓝天！海边的绵绵思，柔软的在我脑海中漂游！

　　(五)浪花
　　你匆匆地来，又悄悄地去……
　　曾几何时，徜徉在软绵绵的沙滩，享受清流的抚摸，河风的轻吻。惆怅了，躺在鹅卵石上，仰望湛蓝湛蓝的苍穹，聆听鸟儿婉转的啼叫，把小青石连带深深的忧伤掷向急流，让溅起的水花装饰着美妙的梦幻。
　　我静坐沙滩，安然地守望着那雪白雪白的浪花，平静地思索人生的真谛，体味着如梦般纯洁的生活。生活中守望的那些梦想与憧憬,都如同这浪花一样晶莹剔透，令人着迷。它唤醒了我沉睡多年的热情，激活了我的情蔻，我欣欣然。陶醉在自我的小世界里,随着眼前的浪花,不时地向前奔跑,向后收紧.
　　现在的我，思绪绵绵，心中充满了莫名的迷惘，很想去那河边，聆听浪花的指点迷津。然而，我再也找不回从前的浪花，也寻觅不到那迷人的沙滩，我眼前一片茫然……
