为什么put on more clothes,要用or,而不能用because？

这两个都可以，但是后者更好！因为宾语more clothes太长，放在中间有点突兀。
if和or不能连用。这是两个句型。第一题举例：

如果按照题目意思，第一题改成or引导的句型应该是：
You should put on more clothes,or you will catch cold.（你应该多穿点衣服，否则你会感冒的）
同上，下面的答案应该是：

3, You should come home early, or your father will get angry.
4, You should work hard, or you will fall behind.
5, You should be polite, or nobody likes making friend with you.
