南昌炒粉的做法~



Ingredients: 100 grams of rice flour, 5 shrimps(主料:米粉100克、虾仁5只)

Practice steps:(做法步骤:)

1.Put rice noodles in the bowl and soak in boiling water for 20 minutes.(碗中放入米粉,用开水浸泡20分钟)

2.Put the oil in the pan, pour the chopped green onion, five shrimps, stir fry until the shrimp is discolored(锅中放油,倒入葱花,虾仁五只,翻炒至虾仁变色)

3.Add carrots, soy sauce, pepper, chili noodles, stir fry evenly(加入胡萝卜,生抽,胡椒粉,辣椒面,翻炒均匀)

4.Pour in the rice noodles, stir well, pour in the parsley, rapeseed, stir well(倒入米粉,翻炒均匀,倒入香菜,油菜,翻炒均匀)

5.Add chicken powder, salt, stir fry and serve.(加入鸡粉,盐,翻炒均匀即可食用)
