Abstract
With the development of modern industry and the progress of science and technology to produce economic benefits, the pursue and industrial production process is complicated, large-scale, changes in the working range, make linear predictive control method can not meet the control performance requirements. Therefore, on the nonlinear model predictive control has become an important research topic of engineering control. About nonlinear predictive control methods are mostly based on off-line model based on control, but due to the system work domain and sample data migration often makes the model can accurately describe system and the actual situation, the predictive control based on off-line model can achieve the desired effect of the real-time control to solve this problem, this paper studies the SVM model based on online LS - the nonlinear predictive control.
In this paper, based on the previous research work of nonlinear predictive control problems of further research, the main content as follows:
(1) the SVM and comparative study, the advantages and disadvantages of SVM LS - for LS - SVM lack of robustness problems, in Suykens proposed robust weighted LS - based on SVM is improved.
(2) based on the nonlinear model predictive control and the insufficiency, a kind of SVM based on weighted LS - online nonlinear model predictive control algorithm using the weighted LS - SVM establishing the system model, and then to online particle swarm optimization algorithm as rolling optimization strategy. Simulation results show that the model based on online nonlinear predictive control effect is better than that of the model based on the nonlinear predictive control off-line.
(3) for off-line clustering model, a method based on weighted LS - SVM online clustering method of modeling and simulation results show that better online clustering model and clustering modeling method, Based on single model of nonlinear predictive function control needs in every sampling linearization problems, a kind of SVM based on weighted LS - online clustering model of multiple model predictive function control algorithm, and in the light of multiple input multiple output system is deduced the predictive function control law analysis and simulation results show that the model based on online clustering predictive functional control effect and the anti-interference ability and better than single model predictive function control.
